This page has two parts. Part A covers our Atlassian Marketplace apps (including TriageAI). Part B covers data collected through this website. Our ITSM consulting engagements are governed by separate data-handling terms agreed as part of that engagement.
Part A — Marketplace Apps (TriageAI)
This section explains what data TriageAI accesses and processes when installed on your Jira / Jira Service Management site. It does not restate Atlassian's own handling of your account or billing data — that is covered by Atlassian's Privacy Policy.
1. Who We Are
TriageAI is developed by Plotwise Digital Solutions ("we", "us"). This page explains what data TriageAI accesses and processes when installed on your Jira / Jira Service Management site.

3. AI Processing
By default, ticket text is sent to OpenAI and/or Anthropic to generate triage suggestions, draft replies, and summaries. We do not use your data to train our own models. Admins can switch on Atlassian-hosted-only AI processing (paid plans) under AI processing mode so no ticket data leaves Atlassian's infrastructure.
4. Data Retention
Per-ticket AI data is kept until your configured Data Retention setting purges it (default: kept until you set a retention window). Settings and configuration data is kept for the life of the install and removed on uninstall.
5. Where Your Data Lives
All TriageAI data is stored in Forge app storage inside your own Atlassian tenant. We do not run a separate database or server outside Atlassian's platform.
6. Your Rights
Since your data lives in your own Atlassian tenant, you control it directly — uninstalling the app removes TriageAI's stored data. Questions about how OpenAI or Anthropic handle data sent to them should go to those providers directly. For anything else, contact us below.
7. Changes
We'll update the date above if this policy changes, and note material changes in the app's release notes.
Part B — This Website
This section covers personal data collected through www.plotwisedigital.com.
8. Data We Collect on This Website
- Contact forms: name, email address, company name and your message.
- Discovery call bookings: name and email address.
- Analytics cookies (with consent): anonymised usage data via Google Analytics.
We do not collect special category personal data.
9. Legal Basis (GDPR)
- Legitimate interests: responding to enquiries and providing requested information.
- Consent: analytics cookies, where you have accepted via our cookie banner.
- Legal obligation: where required by applicable law.
10. Third-Party Processors
- Web3Forms — processes contact form submissions.
- Hostinger — website hosting.
- Google Analytics (if consented) — anonymised traffic analytics.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
11. Retention
Enquiry and contact data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of contact, or for as long as necessary to manage an ongoing business relationship.
12. Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights contact us at [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (Ireland).
